In our resort, you can enjoy 8 restaurants with the most popular cuisines: traditional of La Rioja cuisine, Italian or Japanese cuisines are part of our specialties. If we add creativity, work and experience of two Michelin starred chefs, the result is outstanding.

In our restaurants you can taste unique dishes prepared with care, along with the best fresh seasonal products in an exceptional environment and a service that matches the high quality of the culinary offer.

 

The Restaurants

  • Ibaya: Creative cuisine restaurant of Francis Paniego awarded by 2 Michelin stars, where you can choose between two complete gastronomic menus at the roots of Ezcaray, La Rioja. Situated at Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa, to be enjoyed all year long.
  • Hermitage Tradició: Traditional cuisine of Rioja with unforgettable recipes born from avant-garde and which have managed to consolidate, which allows to return again and again to a large number of loyal customers, trapped in its cuisine of flavor and memory. Located in the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa, it is only open during the winter season.
  • Koy Hermitage: Japanese haute cuisine by Michelin-starred Hideki Matsuhisa, where you can enjoy the wonders of Japanese gastronomy. Located inside the Sport Hotel Hermitage & Spa. 
  • Glassbar 1.850: Contemporary cuisine.
  • Restaurante Sol i Neu Club Hermitage: Traditional mountain cuisine available in winter and in summer.
  • Sol i Neu Pizzeria, a spacious terrace perfect to enjoy the magnificent mountain views, with live music and a menu of pizza and fast food with high quality.
  • The Villager Tapas & Wine: Informal quality cooking (Tapas and wine). 
  • La Tofana: show-cooking of homemade Italian cuisine.(Only in the winter season).
